Thanks guys. :) I just loved the tones that uncorrected tungston give. Corrected, this shot is so dull. I really liked the way the light dropped off. It's one of those weird things that you can't see until you shoot it. The eye picks it up as a well lit ceiling with a fan shadow. The camera properly (well, improperly actually! LOL!) set, just can't pick up the rest of the light. I'm really just learning this, although to you it's old hat. :) I thought it might be interesting, but when I checked the LCD I was so pleasantly surprised. Then I was able to play around with the * button aimed at different spots on the ceiling to alter the exposure to get just the look I wanted. Boy is this fun!

~Lonnit, waiting for a sunny day to get some outdoor shadows!

Again, you give an ordinary subject an interesting slant.

Very interesting idea Lonnit, turning an ordinary fixture into a work of art. Like the warm earthy colours in this shot. ..... Vikas
