Replaced the original with a framed version since the background was grey. Hope that is ok.

Tim,
I keep coming back for another look at this image. The simple clean lines and the wonderful range of tones work together to create a superb image. Roberta

Thanks all for the comments. I looked at the vertical format also, but my eyes liked the horizontal blinds/landscape format (oops I told you what they were ;-)) with the vertical "pulls", I guess that is what you call them. "Artsy Fartsy" huh, never thought of me doing something like that :-).

Interesting abstract, Tim. I like the composition. My mind keeps trying to invision what this would look like as a vertical format but, my eyes seem to enjoy the horiz. format.

In the words of a great forum mate.... It's artsy fartsy but I like it!!!! ;) Nice eye! ~ Lonnit

I like the simplicity of this and the hint of mystery... makes you wonder what it is. I know... venetian blinds and pull. :) Ann C

Black looks OK to me. I just said white as that is the traditional frame on a black and white print, I guess. --Olaf

I messed around with a white frame but decided on black. Seemed to look better, but could be way off....thanks, Tim

One thing that struck me right away: This needs a frame, it falls into the background of the gallery! I would recommend a simple white frame (with background color being white, just increase the canvas size of the image the same amount of pixels in height and width). – Olaf.dk

Nice one. I could almost certify this picture was taken from my living room shades! Where you in my house? ;-)
