Hi Roberta,
Thanks for your kind words. In all honesty I really wasn't going to do the Glasses refracting thing but they did make a good object to get her attention and in that regard if they added a little to the scene all the better. At his point we have only had her for 5 days and I think if she could talk she would be saying "Enough with the pictures already." I hope she doesn't get much bigger than that shadow, but I'm gald you caught that aspect of the size of the shadow as that was a part of the message I was trying to get across. Thanks again.
Mark,
Nice image! Lively and energetic with effective lighting and colors. I love the title and the large shadow effect created by the small kitten. Roberta

Thanks Mark,
The glasses were there by default but I did use them to get her attention. She's at that point where everything is something to be pounced on. This is our first cat and she is really a lot of fun. Unlike my dog however she does not tolerate being posed, not even for a second. Every shot is pure luck. This one came out pretty good with the shadow across the colored mat. I wanted that shot but getting her to do it was a 50 shot marathon of patience. I see why really good pet photographers charge for the day. :-) Mark Hensley
This is really cool. Looks to me like you were taking a shadow picture of your glasses on the table... when your cat just happened into the scene? :-) Anyway, the cat shadow is great! Mark J
