Hi Gene - interesting idea, but I would have to change paints - acrylics don't run evenly! :-) -Ed Hahn

Ed – Really like this one, would have liked to see the paint run of the the bottom of the shot?

Hi Gary - yes, the setup is essentially the same - the only difference is the floor/background. Custom white balance worked well to get a good white background. -Ed Hahn

Ed this is a wonderful picture, did you use the same setup that you used for the Tightrope picture?

Ed,
I love the white background, the smooth shadows, and the placement of the tubes. Excellent work! Roberta

I think it's now better by a long shot. Love the panny format.

OK, I recropped with the entire tubes. Makes it stretch out like 70mm film, though. :-) And thanks Bernard! - Ed Hahn

Keep it! It is of a totally different subject. I like the all in focus look of it. I did not had good enough lighting to obtain greater DOF on mine. Good work!

Thanks iso - for the comment. As for cropping the tubes... good point. I'll check it out and see what it does... Ed Hahn

Withdraw? No way. It's not the same content or title. There's bound to be dupes somewhere in this challenge anyway.

WTG Ed! You know I'm a sucker for a white background ;-) Nice saturated colours, good connection, on topic. Would I have cropped the left and right tubes? I don't know. I'd have to see it that way.

OK, this is creepy - I did this independently of Bernard Maltais's image. Should I withdraw this? -Ed Hahn
