Used Bev-fire, Dover-Lady-Red, Paul-sun-ray-clouds and Ice Moon.
Sun-ray-clouds modified by Glowing Edges filter which was then faded via Overlay and opacity reduction to 75%.
Ice Moon blended via Difference and a layer of cloud superimposed with a gradient mask.
Bev-fire used twice to color garments of Dover-Lady-Red, by clone stamping and then blending via Color and Overlay.
Placement of Dover-Lady-Red determined by phi spiral.
