2 dimensional

I am trying things out in Adobe CS-5 so this is pretty much just playing around learning where things are, finding out what's new. The background is a photo I took of sunlight streaming through windows onto some elevator doors. There is carpeting on the floor. I took the Ice Moon and warped it into the flat rings. I took the Red Lady into filters and did High Pass for a slight outline. Then I used the new mode called "divide" which made part of her white. The Ice Moon was used again as a huge blob, set at Hue with a reduced opacity and placed over the center of the image which gave the pink tinge. I used the big blob of moon twice.

Intriguing! Your playing around has created a playground for the eye. I like it. --Melody

Hardly two dimensional in effect. Keep seeing new relationships inviting a bigger story.

I didn't play with paper dolls much. We "kids" spent most of our time out of doors even in the winter in Minnesota. My favorite play was making forts and house interiors with the lumber laying around.--skunk

Nice shadow play, light, opacity and color work here. Just curious but did you play with 2d cutouts and dress them up when you were a kid?
