I did a black "color to alpha" on the flames, then duplicated them and moved them around several times. Smudged them and erased parts to make them look good. Put red lady in between some of the fire layers. Turned her dress orange with an orange "color" layer. Put the moon behind the clouds. Erased parts of the clouds to let the moon shine through. Finally, added an orange "color" layer to parts of the clouds to give them a slight orange tinge around the moon.
