Back in the days when unlawful gambling was alive and well all over the place, two up and odds and evens were the working man's games of chance. After most nights it was the keeper of the common gaming house who was the winner. Odds and evens was simple, the choice was heads or tails, the three dice were thrown and the outcome was instantly visible.
The three dice and the boxes of matches are genuine, unfortunately, my 'quid' notes have long gone so replica dollar notes took their place. Never the less it was fun making this table top photograph.
