March 05 - Digital Storage

Raided the kitchen for a PAD this evening and came across this old Mason Jar.
Normally used for preserving food, or if you listen to Toby Keith songs it’s a redneck beer glass, but adding a blue glow *must* make it digital.
Problem of disc storage space solved ! Just find somewhere to plug-in a USB and screw down the lid tightly so the piccies can’t escape. Winner :0)

Quoting Toby Keith - "I Love This Bar"

I love this bar,
It's my kind of place,
Just walkin through the front door,
Puts a big smile on my face,
It ain't too far,
Come as your are.
Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, I love this bar.

I've seen short skirts,
We've got high-techs,
Blue-collared boys and rednecks,
And we got lovers,
Lots of lookers,
I've even seen dancing girls and hookers.
And we like to drink our beer from a Mason Jar.
Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, I love this bar.

Wonderful treatment, I love the blue.

I get spiritually quite lost in this shade of blue. With the glass lettering, this makes a fine image. Those pesky dots and zeros will escape into the open countryside if you don't tie 'em down you know. :o) BV

LOL at Philip.
You've got nice bit of blues going on there.

The trouble with jar-based storage solutions is that they're last-in-first-out type devices - no random-access y'see. It's ok for archival type storage I suppose - and you put beer in there as well, it'll pickle yer pics - so that's good :o)
