Fade to White
Day 335

I first noticed something was wrong last night.
I was using my camera on manual setting and was trying to take a picture of the Brimstone CD, and something kept happening to the exposure, washing out the frame. And, there was a funny sounding click to the shutter.

I was playing around with the camera this morning trying to pin down what was wrong when I took this shot;
this is one of the last good ones that I was able to get.

My F717's now in the repair shop for at least a few weeks while they see if they can fix it.
I'll post when I can (there are two backup cameras around the house that if I
have the heart to take pictures I can probably mooch them off of people)
One's a Canon G5, and the other's a Nikon 5700.
They don't get much use.
But I'm going to miss my 717, that's for sure.

It was all I could do as it was taken away, tagged, and lens cap dangling, to keep from crying after it --
"It likes to be read to at ten with milk and cookies, and make sure it's tucked in by eleven!"
Eh. What?
(You let yours stay up till midnight?!?)

Maybe I will just wait to continue PaD until it gets back.

Having one of your babies ill is very hard but you know I've seen some great shots with both your other tots on these PaD galleries but if you feel you need the break then will be waiting on your return !!

Sorry about your camera. I've been lucky with mine. It's three years old now. Nice SP to take a break with.

Sorry about your camera. This is a great shot.

Oh no! I wondered why you looked so sad in this.
Both the other cameras are worthy for PaD, but the idea of a week or 2 off is really tempting, I'll bet :) Just come back!

Sorry to hear about your camera Carmen. I know how you must feel, I've had similar problems in the past. At least this image came out well.
