From the moment we left Kenya in 2004, I was preparing a new trip to Africa.
At first we hoped to get in Uganda (and I still will someday!), but from the beginning 2006 it became more obvious
it would be South Africa. Due all kinds of reasons we didn't get to Africa in 2005 (no time), or in 2006 (no money).
So what a relief when we finally booked our tickets to South Africa in July 2007! We stayed in South Africa from
November 3rd tot December 2nd, 2007. We started our four weeks journey in Cape Town and drove a magical 7600 km
with our rented Nissan X-trail to end up at airport of Gauteng (Johannesburg). And what a journey it was...
Hopefully the photo's show you just a fraction of the pleasure we had enjoying the wonders of South Africa!
