From September 22nd until October 21st 2010 we made another trip to Africa.
We landed in Nairobi, Kenya, where we picked up our rental car and drove straight to Namanga border post to enter
Tanzania. We spend 26 days in Tanzania, before we re-entered Kenya and bird a few days at some familiar spots there.

In the more then 3 weeks we spend in Tanzania we travelled all over the country.
The first week we used to explore the northern mountain areas aswell as the dry parts that are in between them;
we visited locations such as Arusha National Park, West and East Usambaras and the coast near Tanga.
The second week we explored the south, visiting places like Mikumi and Ruaha National and Kilombero Valley.
The last week we did a "more regular safari-holiday" by visiting the famous places as Serengeti National Park,
Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara.

After this 3 weeks we spend the last week of our vacation in Kenya.

After our marriage on November 22nd 2012, we celebrated our honeymoon on Zanzibar, Tanzania,
where we stayed from November 25th - December 2nd 2012. We combined relaxing and hanging around the pool,
with exploring the island's beautiful scenery, and the variety of birds and mammals present. Among the visited areas
were the Jozani-Chwaka Bay National Park, Kiwengwa-Pongwe Forest Reserve and Mnemba Conservation Area.
