Poecile palustris palustris - Scandinavia to Iberian Peninsula east to Poland and the Balkans;
Poecile palustris italicus - French Alps, Italy, Sicily;
Poecile palustris stagnatilis - East-Europe to the South-Urals and Northwest-Turkey;
Poecile palustris kabardensis - Caucasus area and Northeast-Turkey;
Poecile palustris brevirostris - Southcentral- and Southeast-Siberia, North-Mongolia to Manchuria and Liaoning (Northeast-China);
Poecile palustris ernsti - Sakhalin Island;
Poecile palustris hensoni - South-Kuril Islands and North-Japan;
Poecile palustris jeholicus - North-Hebei (Northeast-China) and North-Korea;
Poecile palustris hellmayri - East-China and South-Korea.
