Cyanerpes cyaneus pacificus - West-Colombia and West-Ecuador;
Cyanerpes cyaneus gigas - Gorgona Island (off West-Colombia);
Cyanerpes cyaneus gemmeus - Extreme North-Colombia;
Cyanerpes cyaneus eximius - North- and Northcentral-Colombia to North-Venezuela;
Cyanerpes cyaneus tobagensis - Tobago;
Cyanerpes cyaneus cyaneus - Trinidad, East-Venezuela, the Guianas and North-Brazil;
Cyanerpes cyaneus dispar - Southeast-Colombia and Southwest-Venezuela to Northeast-Peru;
Cyanerpes cyaneus violaceus - Southeast-Peru and West-Brazil to Central-Bolivia;
Cyanerpes cyaneus brevipes - Central-Brazil;
Cyanerpes cyaneus holti - East-Brazil.
