Chinese Dried-Food Market

Hong Kong

More than 2,000 years ago, the Chinese started using the sun and wind to prevent spoilage of foods. The dried foods include sausages, pork, ducks, fishes, shrimps and vegetables. Traditionally, winter is the best month for making the dried foods because the wind is dry and cold. Nowadays most of the dry foods are prodcuced in all seasons by dehydrators.

This all looks so yummy! I would love to try it all. Chinese food is my all time favorite. One of my favorite parts of it is the variety. There are so many different things to eat, ranging from seafood, chicken, beef, rice and noodles. There is always something that sounds good to eat!

Thanks Seth. I'd like to show the real life of Hong Kong. Everyone here is rushing for their busy life.
