This is sooo true.... And we learn until our last breath... Unfortunately, this is not something done by all, which is sad. Take Trump... That guy will never learn anything at all... Love that picture, it express exactlly what you wrote.

The steps should be follow strictly. Please dont forget about the breathing part. Both are equally important as QI is the main thing to learn.
