Where is this pumper?

Hint; It is full of parents acting like kids,screaming at other parents and "blue" AND you could throw a baseball from the pumper and hit it.Well I know a few guys who probably couldn't hit it,but the point is it is close!!

For you not from here,these pumpers are everywhere,there are so many that you stop noticing after a few years.
