In Guatemala City the city graveyard and city dump come together.
People who cannot afford to bury their families are "given" a vault for 7 years.
After that time if they haven't paid,the vault is "opened"
the remains are removed(bones only at that point) and given to the family.
Then it's ready for the next person.
