This can be explained. This is/was a Chevy 3/4 ton truck. I was driving my family on our first two week vacation. A vacation from Illinois and ending in Virginia with several stops along the way (camping on the outer banks, visiting family in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington). In the truck were my three sons, two daughters and husband and myself driving. I was pulling a cargo trailer with all our gear, camping equipment, pfd's, several coolers of food, clothing, photography backdrops and all photo gear. It was about midnight and I had just passed the third toll road in West Virginia when struck from behind by a high speed vehicle. This is an area in the mountains with drop offs and big grades. The impact jerked our truck with such great force most of the windows blew out. The trailer twisted and went airborn into the median between the lanes-glad it missed the on-coming traffic. My children that were once asleep are now screaming and my husban wakes to terrible pain. The truck rolls and the remainder of the windshield and windows break falling on our face and bodies. I tell the kids to cross their arms over their chest and close their eyes and mouths...it will be alright...I Love You. It becomes silent as the truck continues to roll (lost track after 4 times) and I pray. A voice comes to me and says "It's going to be okay". I find peace for a split second but still not a sound from my family. I fear the worst.
