RECIPE
Tools: Blender & Crockpot
Add to Blender: 2 Cups non-dairy Milk
1/2 Cup Tomato Soup
Two 12 oz bags Frozen Pees
Chopped Onion / small Carrot
1/2 stalk Celery
1/2 Cup Low Sodium V8 Juice
(If you want a thinner soup, add more liquid.)
Blend on high 3 minutes until smooth.
Pour ingredients from Blender into Crockpot.
Add TBSP Ground Fennel, Pepper, TBSP Red Wine Vinegar.
I cooked on HIGH 30 minutes and turned to LOW for another Hour.
Taste. Serve.
