RECIPE
Ah! Soup and Pasta! Such a satisfying one pot meal.
Can of non-dairy creamed soup.
1 Cups non-dairy milk.
Several sliced Cherry Tomatoes.
Sliced Onion
Broccoli
Handful fresh Spinach
Thinly sliced Carrot
1/2 Portobello Mushroom (sliced)
Chopped Celery
Pepper, Garlic, Basil,
1 tsp Ground Flaxseed
TBSP Nutritional Yeast
Cook with Medium Heart until boiling briskly. Stir often.
Add desired amount of Rice Noodles and cook 6 minutes, stirring often, (according to directions). Crunchy Multigrain Swedish Style Crisps are great with Hot Soup and Pasta. SIDE : sliced Watermelon, Blueberries, Apple Sauce.
