coated with Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Basil, Turmeric.
Air Fried Cauliflower sprinkled with Nutritional Yeast.
Squares of EXTRA FIRM TOFU Doused in same
Baggie of spices as the Sliced Tomatoes.
Air Fry 375F 15 minutes.
Salad—Mixed Greens & Lettuce, sliced
Carrot, Radish, Celery, Onion, Cherry Tomatoes,
Pistachios, Dried Cranberries, Pumpkin Seeds,
1/2 tsp Ground Flax Seed, Sunflower Seeds,
Balsamic Vinegar Dressing (I prefer Paul Newman brand).
Garlic, Pepper. (For convenience I chop up all the
Veggies ahead of time and keep in Green Bag in fridge-
Easily used again and again for several days. (When/While
storing extra salad Ingredients,
don’t add the dressing
for fresher greens. )
