AirFried Potatoes

Yummy! Be sure and eat while hot.

Peel and slice potatoes. Moisten with water.
Put these ingredients in a baggie:
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
Tsp of Garlic
TBSP of Chives
Salt & Pepper
(Or use spices you refer.)

Place each slice of potato into baggie and shake
Until coated. Repeat for all slices. Place in Air Fryer.

15 minutes at 400F degrees

Another side that goes well with potatoes.
Using a baggie and spiced slices of
Tomatoes cook in Air Fryer 375F 15 minutes or
Combine with potatoes.

Spices for tomatoes—
Bread Crumbs
Basil
Garlic

I'm sure these are delicious and I wonder if you ever soak the cut potatoes in water to remove the starch befor eyou air fry them. I've heard that doing so makes them fry up crisper. Mine are always a bit mushy in the center.
