As I battle a respiratory infection, have been
Experiencing a lot of fatigue. This meal is a result
Of needing an easy-to-make, tasty meal. 
Jiffy All-Purpose Baking Mix—just add choice of milk. 
(Directions on Box— I add a tsp each of Flaxseed & Chia Seeds)
Scooped large spoon of dough in each cup of Muffin pan. 
Then added slice of left-over Lentil Loaf,
Slice of mushroom, and onion. Add another
Spoonful of dough to each cup. Top with a 
Scoop of Sauce and slice of tomato. I sprinkled
Nutritional Yeast on top for added Vitamin B12. 
Baked at 450F degrees for 12 minutes. 
Steamed Vegetables 6 minutes.  
Sliced Apple 
Spices: Garlic, Basil, Oregano; Ginger on Apples
