Quick and nutritious breakfast for the morning after
Working in the Spring garden.
For each cup cereal add 1/4 cup Apple Juice. Hand Mix well until moist but not soggy.
(Whatever Cereals you have (can be stale) — granola, Grape-Nuts, Oat Based Cereals, Kashi Multigrain, Ezekiel 4.9 Spouted Crunchy Cereal. Grape Nuts and Apple Juice alone make a great crust.)
Add,
Dash Honey (optional)
Dash Maple Syrup (optional)
Salt
Ginger
Coconut Flakes
1 tsp per Cup Cereal of ALL FRUIT JAM
Mix again
Spread in Baking Dish
Microwave for @3 minutes : sliced 1/2 Apple, 1/2 Banana, several sliced Strawberries, some Blueberries (whatever you want)
Note: My banana strawberries and blueberries were frozen when I put them in microwave; if not frozen, I would just microwave the apples. Feel free to use just one fruit.
Spread Fruit mixture on top of cereal
Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Delicious.
