Biscuit lovers! So easy! Delicious! I was craving pizza.
Sauté favorite veggies for pizza—mushrooms, onion, green pepper, olives, cooked quinoa, fresh spinach, chopped tomato’s. Add garlic, pepper, salt, Basil.
Make the crust/base
2 Cups Jiffy All-Purpose Baking Mix
2/3 Cup Water or non-dairy milk. Mix together.
Spread the dough on a preferred non stick pan or use parchment paper. Cover with cashew creme sauce and tomato paste and/or tomatoes. Cover with the sautéed mixture.
Extra sliced tomato on top would be good. I was out of whole tomatoes.
Baked in toaster oven for @15 - 18 minutes at 400F or 450F degrees. Delicious!
