Portobello Mushroom covered in Pasta Sauce, sliced onion,
And 3 TBSP cooked Quinoa; sliced carrot.
2 Cups diced Kale & Spinach seasoned with
3 drops Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic.
Several small potatoes seasoned with Chives,
Parsley, Garlic, Nutritional Yeast (rich in Vitamin B).
Serve with favorite Bread.
Note: the combination of the mushroom, sauce,
and Quinoa with some of the Greens make a delicious wrap or sandwich.
