I noticed in the overhead shot what I should have noticed previously, that it's grapes vs. cherries (which I originally thought were red grapes). Do you have enough of either to make some whine for Paul?

You get to eat half of it and stand it on it's new flat base?!? I am open to suggestions...lol..Traveller

T your right checkers did not come to mind at all. What was your plan when it came time to king one of them. Paul

I also pulled a little curves on this image to brighten it a lttle.

Best Wishes, Traveller

It has been quite a while since I attempted a game of checkers.

Does anyone have a wood backgammon board?

Dave, further, as to the fortuitous finding of good light...of the 20 or so shots I took, only number 5 had a strong light streaming in from the bathroom window off to the right....making the grapes kind of shine/translucent...it was really the only outstanding frame, (imo, but kind of surprising, considering how much I shoot). Dear Dave: I have an overhead version, (of course...lol), also with small grape tomato's in place of the cherries....but alas, having bad problems with police, code enforcement and schizophrenia....not mine but might as well be since I know nothing about this. Still, when I get time. Traveller

Dear Paul: You forget our childhood this is a checkers set up! I actually had to look it up on Google to make sure and I was thinking correctly on this; however I might also add that you are correct that in War, we are pawns. Best Wishes, Traveller

I'm curious what an overhead shot would have looked like.

Novel idea, fill the board with pawns. Paul

Very creative. I like it.
