Grazing Horse

Barrington Hills, IL

Probably one of my families most favorite photos. Shot with my first semi DSLR camera the Minolta A200. Not a bad little camera especially for this kind of stuff. It's a little slow for fast action but for this kind of photography it's a nice little camera. I've been looking to recreate this a little better but haven't been in the area since I took this photo. I'm back and waiting for the leaves to start changing. Crossing my fingers.

Very peaceful picture and still a lot of wonderfully colored leaves despite November

I had the Rebel XT and the Rebel as my first DSLR. I forget which one I got first (ebay mix-up that I tried to fix but ended up with 2 camera kits) :). I think it was the Rebel and then a week later I got the XT. I still have the XT and it still takes great photos.

My first DSLR was the Canon XT,that I bought right after it first hit the market. I sold it after I got the 50D but In reality I wish I still had that camera. My reasons for selling it was the operation was too different to the 50D and I couldn't make changes automatically without thinking about it. Paul
