Very nice capture! I especially like the different motions of the snow shown from top left to top right. Very cold, crisp , blue feeling.

The light is one of two floodlights (the other out of frame camera right) that light up Tonbridge Castle and are great for backlighting snow :-) The blue is a combination of white balance and PS adjustments - the original has warmer tones.
