A very simple dish. Dust fillets of plaice with seasoned flour and fry in very hot olive oil for 2 – 3 minutes each side.
Remove and keep warm while you finish the sauce. Add a large knob of butter to the pan, and when melted and foaming tip
in the juice from a lemon, stirring until it has reduced by half. Add some chopped parsley and serve over the plaice fillets,
alongside some veggies.
