First, make the batter for the crêpes: sift 140g plain flour into a bowl, add 250ml milk and 2 eggs and beat
with an electric mixer until smooth and lump-free. Beat in Tbs of melted butter and allow to rest for 30 minutes
at room temperature. Melt a small knob of lard in a small frying pan, and when hot and just starting to smoke a little,
tip in enough batter just to cover the bottom of the pan, swirling it around so there are no gaps. Cook for about
2 minutes, then flip over using a spatula and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Remove to a plate and
spread Nutella on one half of the cooked crêpe, fold in half, spread more Nutella on one quadrant of the D and
fold again to form a triangle, then set aside. Repeat with the next crêpe, until all the batter is used up.
Reheat the folded crêpes in the oven and serve with segmented oranges.
