Hi Terri, the eerie glow you see is natural. I used a long exposure on purpose to bring out a couple stars and to create the glow from natural lights in the background. Low smoke and evening fog finished the effect I was after.

I really love the feel of this photo. I am wondering what if any post processing causes the eerie glowing? I really love the effect!
