This is the Kochbrunnen (Hot Fountain) which was first mentioned in 1366 as the "Brühborn". It is here that 15 different
springs meet and in the 19th century, it was the focal point of all those who had come to take the Wiesbaden waters.
The temperature of this most famous sodium-chloride thermal spring is 66c and gushes 346 liters of natural mineral water per minute (veeeery salty!).
