Ah, the food!

I ate more strange things on the 11 days of this trip than in the rest of my life combined! I decided that I would try it all and see what happened. There were a few things I didn’t like—the foie gras was just a bit too much, but out of the rest there wasn’t much I didn’t end up liking.

But the food itself wasn’t all . . . the light cascading over it and the colors were a large part of the experience. I’ve just about decided that everything looks better in France . . . the scenery, the women . . . even the food!

You are so patient to take the time to shoot these beautiful dishes before eating!!
As always Dave, your work is beautiful...of course, I looked at the food pics first.
Here's hoping you picked up a few culinary skills to delight us with during the Tour De Battenkill next year!
