One of the primary objectives of the trip was to catch one big shark. Paul had a big one cut off on the third day, so we were going in to Day 4 (final) with one big fish to go. With about an hour left in our day, a big bull shark started closing in on one of the baits that we were drifting behind the boat. Paul watched as he rose up, opened his big mouth, and inhaled "Slappy" the mullet. Paul named his baits, which is a little weird since he then fed them to sharks! Anyway, about 30 minutes of very hard fighting later, Paul was finally wearing down the big shark. Here he leans heavily on the rod to steer the fish back again.
