Dinner?

This is two years old. I hardly ever wear it. Karen, my youngest sister, gave it to me for Christmas to help...umm...attract women. I have no occassions that make sense to wear it. Thanks anyway Karen. It was a nice thought. :)

I really like this photo. It is pretty classy. I also love this fragrance! I gave it to Pat and he hardly ever wears it but when he does.... I think you should try wearing it out sometime. You don't need an occasion!

Try me!
brother_mark04-Mar-2004 16:05
Lara's about 240 miles away. Even if I bathed in it, she couldn't smell it in NYC.
Lara S04-Mar-2004 02:02
o-ho busted. :)

Lara, are you flirting! LOL!! (Mark, take note, Lara may be flirting...put the cologne on!)
Lara S03-Mar-2004 22:20
Errrr, can we see a picture of that???? hee hee hee hee
brother_mark03-Mar-2004 21:54
I wear nothing at all! :)
karen your sister 03-Mar-2004 21:20
if you don't wear eternity, what do you wear? i love the picture.
RodTO03-Mar-2004 17:21
Cool shot, the shirt adds an excellent backdrop!
Guest 03-Mar-2004 17:21
WOW!! NICE! What a great idea! Mark, your creativity is growing EVERY day!! And seriously, put some of this on, chicks totally dig a guy that smells yummy...Trust me on this!
brother_mark03-Mar-2004 16:23
Thanks all. I'm glad the shirt occurred to me. It seems the married folks wear their scents all the time. Interesting. As for me, I'll think about it and I won't drain the bottle, Lara.

Nikki, LOL!

Jeff, I have trouble judging how bright to go. In camera the whites were perfectly clean. On my computer they were pink! In PS everything is about 10-20 points brighter than out of PS. At home, I think I saw details in the upper left? But at work, where everyone's images are a bit washed out, I don't. I'll check it again at home and maybe turn it down a bit. Thanks.

:) Easy, tiger!! Grrgghhhh!
Like this shot, makes me smile, both caption and photo. Go for it!
Lara S03-Mar-2004 15:10
To add to Ray's comment. it has to be subtle though. You can't smell like a cologne spill accident. Wear little enough for that if she is standing close to you, she can smell that hint of intimacy that's called Eternity.
Jeff Gegner03-Mar-2004 14:47
This works really well. Perhaps just a tad bright, but it's very nice.
Ray :)03-Mar-2004 13:25
Very well presented, Mark. Take your sister's hint and wear some!
Guest 03-Mar-2004 12:22
Excellent shot, Mark! Looks like a magazine ad.. the shirt really was an great choice. One of my favorites of the bottle shots this week! Got a vote.
robin statfeld03-Mar-2004 11:52
Very nice! Using the shirt as the background really makes this photo!
Pall Gudjonsson03-Mar-2004 10:03
Great job - looks like we're all going professional these days !
Guest 03-Mar-2004 08:24
Mark - you should wear it!! My Mrs can't keep her hands off me when I do {LOL} - either that or she thinks I'm up to something! Cool shot - well done
Guest 03-Mar-2004 07:43
My favorite fragrance, I wear the woman version of it all the time.
Cool shot with the shirt
Ian Chappell03-Mar-2004 06:30
I think you should wear it every day Mark... You never know!!
Lara S03-Mar-2004 04:32
Sensuality at a University Library. Stay tuned for details. LOL
A swimming pool. It is all coming back to me..and Christopher Walken? or maybe not appearing together?
brother_mark03-Mar-2004 04:13
Thanks Pete. :)

Chris and Eric, I started with the usual white paper background and then added the bow tie, studs, and cuff links. Then I cleared off the coffee table and not wanting to cut another piece of paper I thought to use the shirt. Finally it came together. Thanks for your comments, much appreciated.

Angela, you flatter me to death, oh, but don't stop! ;) I see I left out of my post on your Chanel that I would have to do a "manly" shot. At the time I had no idea what that would mean. Probably why I left it out.
brother_mark03-Mar-2004 04:01
Thank you Jill. I think I would feel very silly at work in a t-shirt and jeans, with a bunch of guys in my department, me smelling, as Lara put it, very sensual. :) And as a chorister, I'd be beaten with scores by everyone for smogging up the air! ;) It's in the rules, "no perfume or cologne, or strong scents of any kind."
Guest 03-Mar-2004 03:58
My favorite fragrance and PAD image too! Makes a pretty good still life huh? I love the idea to use a shirt for a background. Very original.
brother_mark03-Mar-2004 03:56
I'm vaguely recalling some kind of swimming pool thing, Lara.
Chris Brooker03-Mar-2004 03:49
A great idea to use the shirt as a background.
Looks good.

YUP the fragrance, the studs, the cuff links . . . Bond, James, I mean . . .Mark Bond
Guest 03-Mar-2004 03:26
This photo has so much ATTITUDE!! LOVE it! The cologne, gorgeously lit, gets a classy touch with the addition of the tux shirt, buttons, and cuff links. Brilliant idea, Mark, and your presentation is incredible. Superb!!
Jill03-Mar-2004 03:23
Everyday is an occasion Mark:)

This is a very sexy image. Love the cufflinks.
Lara S03-Mar-2004 03:09
although I feel a Saturday Night Live skit coming on. Remember when they used to make fun of the Eternity commercials? Another lifetime ago.
Lara S03-Mar-2004 03:09
mmm, I love that smell. Eternity for men. I find it very sensual.
