Just before the Pandemic closed the world down, I remember running all over town selecting "my" Kansas City Chiefs souvenir merchandise to commemorate the team's momentous Super Bowl win, a win that came after a 50-year draught. Back in 2020, who knew when the Chiefs might ever get to play in a Super Bowl again? Based on history, it seemed like a once-in-a-lifetime event. That made celebrating their 2020 Super Bowl win a really, really big deal.

Fast forward to 2024: the Chiefs just won their 3rd Super Bowl within a 5-year timespan; after playing in 4 of them. A half dozen years ago, who would have imagined this? What fun!!! I'm going to get a new chief's Super Bowl T-shirt!!!
