5:39 PM. Looking back to the west I could see the last bright evidence of the sun now setting over the Sierra Crest. It was bright enough to cast a streak of sunlight across the lake, and I quickly went about searching for a tufa tower to place in that light reflection. I didn't have but 30 seconds before the light was largely gone. Luckily, I found this lonely tufa nearby. 1/350 sec, f/6.7.
