Gayle and I watched a group of fishermen beach their boat and then use the rig in the back of their truck to pull this huge Halibut out of their boat and onto the beach. All the while they were doing this the fish was flopping all around and the waves were pushing the boat all over. One of the men told me later that they had been doing this all their lives. It was pretty exciting! To my friends back home, how many pounds of shrimp and loaves of french bread will it take to stuff this one?
