The picturesque spa town of Bad Ems on the River Lahn in Rhineland-Palatinate.
In 2021, Bad Ems was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as part of the "Great Spa Towns of Europe."
The townscape is characterized by magnificent buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries, such as Häcker’s Grand Hotel and the historic Kurhaus.
