17th - Expanse

Stanley Hill, Glos. view map

Looking north from half-way up Stanley Hill to the Vale of Evesham, with a number of Cotswold Hills outliers - from left to right there is the shoulder of Dixton Hill, the massive bulk of Bredon Hill in the middle distance, and then Alderton Hill centre right with whale-backed Dumbleton Hill behind. The hazy lines on the horizon are the hills south of Birmingham, some 30 miles away
