Good old mushrooms...some people don't like them (tsk!) and some people do....personally, the bigger they are and the more there is of them, the better :o)

This fabulous shrommie reminds me of a Portabella mushroom. If it is, have you ever marinated them and grilled them? Taste like steak! :)
