As progress moves farward and new roads are installed to straighten out old cury farm roads, most homes and businesses relocate to the new road. In this photograph is a very old place which the owner elected to leave standing as a reminder of the days when the country store was the hub of a community. Now surrounded by pasture and crop fields, this site is just a symbol of the simple life past no longer in this fast pace part of North Alabama.
