Today Sunny and then darkclouds created a front late afternoon. As the sun began to move westward a strong front moved in from the Northwest-by-North pushing the darkness towards the Southeast. This photo is of the struggle between dark indigo clouds and the bright blue skies behind it. I am sure in earlier times, it would have been seen as a struggle between evil and good as the winds picked up in velocity...whipping the seemly calm water into whitecapping waves.
