While walking-about I noticed this spider web with all white dots highlighting the web pattern. On closer inspection I found that the white dots were actually aphids caught in the sticky fibers. This section of the trail had thousands of "fluff" flittering around just as Cottonwood trees do in the Fall, the difference this thousands upon thousands airbornes were aphids moving from plant to plant. A real meal for the spider when it comes back to the web.

It is full isn't it? Should be enough to keep the spider going for a while!
