A Caronlina Wren has decided to build the nest on top of the trash/cigarette ashtray at the entrance to the Observation Building. It will be interesting how long this little "warrior"'s home in left unmolested by other wildlife. For those who have had this breed of bird nest in hanging flower pots on the front poarch, in spaces in bassboats, and buckets in the garage.....this location is no surprise for this very independent thinking bird.
