This photo was taken at the Blessing of the Animals held in Tucson.
I don't recall exactly what the priest told Nali but he spent quite a bit of time talking softly to her and thanking her for the love that she'd given her family.
Denali was sometimes a little bit shy and I think this photo shows that trait as well as her trust.
