Only when I think of the coming 5K race on Saturday do I realize I haven't run regularly for a while.
After I came out of gym, I saw the young leaves of the tree. It was the yellow wall of UPMC psychiatrics building that made the background bright and have a neat contrast. The focus is not easy for such a close distance, especially when the evening breeze was flowing down the hill.
The past week has given me a little tension on this PAD stuff because I took it too seriously. Now I realize it is more important to hold the camera and watch my life than making good photos. The latter may not come naturally, but my life is not counting on that, right?
