Sunlit Nettle

This was taken on the edge of a spinney near our house ,
it is called Freckleton Spinney and we named our house
after it .
There was a small shaft of sunlight shining through
onto these nettles and they were illuminated by it .

Penny, this ROCKS... I love the glow around the edge of the leaf, adds soo much more to it in my opinion! Excellent!

I am unfamiliar with the word "spinney" however.
"Freckleton Spinney " is a fabulous name for a house - or even a person :o)!
